I find it highly interesting that you'd put Choronzon (who isn't part of any of the pantheons you mentioned, and is a very specific entity):
The beings I use are not new, but a mix of lovecraftian, jewish and one olympic.
In fact, Choronzon is (at least in my current understanding) the one who dissolves the boundary between the conscious and unconscious mind (which is, in the A.'.A.'., the ordeal of the Abyss).
Coming back where I was, I think it's unusual that you would wish to confront neophytes with this sort of ordeal. Especially since this is an initiatory system, one would think that you'd leave the hardest part of it for the end. But let me explain why this doesn't make sense in a stricter context (since you're using the good ol' tree, you surely have delved into the way the Sephiroth themselves interact with the Nightside).
For starters, your attribution is Choronzon - Malkuth.
Malka is of Solar nature (due to the Iesod-Da'ath and Kether-Tiphreth-Malkuth harmonies), and so by placing Choronzon into an aspirant's consciousness would create a major dissonance. At this point, mind-control and other hypnotic suggestions are extremely easy to input. Furthermore, Choronzon is also know as "that guy who fucks shit up". Placing him in conjunction with physical matter is asking for trouble, especially concerning health and money. This alone breaks the very foundation all magic is based on (and no, I have not seen one disincarnate magician in my decade of practice).
But you say:
The first being to work with is Choronzon. He is the key in which the initiate gains control over his inner demons, and learns of the Qlipphoth.
Control over the inner demons by letting them run wild? That is an interesting notion, however even in the A.'.A.'., when we do nothing more than oath the Probationers to discover the nature and powers of their own being (which is as a speck of dust to the vast desert of Choronzon), 90% fail. Now, given the intensity and nature of Choronzon, I'd be surprised if ANY person at all passed through that grade you just described.
As for the Qliphoth, there is no need to learn of them for the Neophyte who doesn't know black from white on the astral plane. There is no justification to drop an aspirant in a state of confusion and utter helplessness into the Qliphoth, where he will confront further difficulties due to his inability to project himself astrally.
Verily, taking these things lightly will only result in hurt.
Of course, I am speaking from a rather traditional point of view (as those Entities are based in it). If the theoretical neophyte was on a hard (and I mean HARD) regimen of yoga and magic, in a well-structured way, sure, it could work. But it's still pretty damn pointless given the entirely imbalanced way the system is structured.
What I mean to say is, you'd be pretty damn dumb to try and master the sephiroth from the outside where you'll be constantly facing a counter-current that will only get stronger the more you try and force your way. This, again, relates to the relationship between the shells and sephiroth - the shells are those parts of the sephiroth which have given in to putrefaction, are corrupted and generally not very nice to work with. On the other hand, the core of the sephiroth is their power in pure form.
Certainly, mastering one without the other will result in pain, however it's much easier and more productive to go from the inside out, as well as not omitting the Tunnels of Set while you're at it.
